Do you replace defective items?
Yes! All our products are backed by a 100% guarantee. Just email us a picture of the defective item, along with your order number (or order name and address) and we will get it replaced right away at no charge!
Can I switch out my size?
Yes you can! Send us an email letting us know you accidentally ordered the wrong size. We will have you mail back the wrong size order and replace it at no charge. Please include your order number (or order name and address) and the correct size you would like in the email.
Do I have to be a CrossFit Affiliate to have a store?
Yes, we are partnered with CrossFit, so the AMP store is exclusive to CrossFit Gyms.
Can I track my order to see when it will arrive?
Absolutely! When your order is placed, our customer service team will make sure that you receive tracking information so that you know when to expect your purchase.
